Mini Mukherjee is a metalwork artist and fire painter based out of Orange County, CA, and a native of Ann Arbor, MI. Her first solo show, Your Time is Now, will be showcased at the White River Gallery in Whitehall, Michigan from September 7 through October 21. Your Time is Now is a series of metal paintings that explores concepts of creative flow and personal growth. Mini applies the techniques she learned during her training in fabrication and metal smithing to create hypnotic swirls and patterns on steel and aluminum sheets, while allowing bold painted colors to draw the viewer into the depth of the work.
